Ordering Showtime on Directv

If you order showtime from directv online, do you get it instantly? I was thinking of ordering it now so that I can watch Julio tonight and Zab tomorrow but if it won't come in for a day or two then it'd not be worth it. Directv subsribers, cna you help me here?

nah you cant watching a live fight is the best...beside i think if you order by phone i think it gives it to you directly call them and ask

If you call and order the channel, it will be on before you hang up.

Tell them you want to add Showtime, then turn to channel 537 and verify that it turns on...

Do you think I need a special password or ID? I'm the only person home and I have no clue what it is

i think its an automatted process you tell the operator they number of the channel (You know when you check the channel it says channel not purchased then a number next to it) also the card number and all...just dial it down..or if anything just call and ask tell them i want showtime aand then give them the number to your box.. i guess thats how you do it
