Mikey probably would kick his ass, but he's a big feather and really good. Hardly anyone ever beats (or takes on) guys that good in their 5th division. Besides Mikey's brother is Donaire's trainer, they train together.

what's donaire to do though? rigo won't sign the contract even though his team and his manager have said that everything looked great with the contract...and mares is with gbp, so understandably that fight is difficult to make. i don't get why donaire is hated so much in boxing...can anyone give me a good reason why barely anyone likes him?

Not really,but it's better then Rigo who is really an unproven fighter..I wish we was getting Donaire Mares and Chinny Rigo..those are the fights that really makes sense at this point..

I really don't mind this fight tbh,I've been wanting to see this rematch for a min..Of course I would rather watch Donaire Mares,but if that business can't get done this is not the worse fight in the world...
