This is the promotion of an Al Haymon fighter. Brooks should be thankful as he is also being mentioned indirectly.

This is taking a bad situation (Alexander's injury) and turning it into a plus at the expense of Floyd's name.

With that, Floyd's haters become so ferociously angry that they spam internet threads for the rest of the week demanding explanations, reasons or answers.

They are so wound up and butt hurt that they indirectly promote Floyd as usual but at an entire new level of hate out of frustration and lack of sexual activities.

Real boxing fans don't buy into it and are calling BS. Only the simpletons take this Alexander/Al Haymon shout-out seriously.

I will laugh if Floyd ends up fighting Alvarez who's not even earned the fight until he faces/defeats Trout.

      Why the double standards?
      Was that a $70 PPV?

Martinez - too old and hasn't fought at 154 in years and would be drained.
Alvarez - too green and never fought anyone, unproven
Trout - one good win over Cotto who Floyd already beat, unproven.
Pac - too small, a former 108lber, cherry picked fighter, past prime etc etc etc..

Yet all are better than Alexander IMO.

Im prepared to go with what Rick Reeno says. Mayweather is trolling. He is sitting in his posh mansion looking at this forum and laughing.

                    He'll fight Geurrero.
