Who are the Floyd fans NOT in support of the Alexander fight?

And don't get me wrong. This isn't the fight I want to see. I want to see Marquez vs Mayweather II. I think Floyd knocks out RG quicker than he would Alexander because Alexander is smarter than RG.

Alexander fight is crap , I dont even like Guererro , would sooner JMM Bradley at WW or Canelo Trout at 154 , but in fairness Floyd is a WW and there just aint any WW that is a real challenge to him , the only guys that can possibly beat him are much bigger and Floyd would not get the credit for beating them without a CW that drains them , he should have followed Manny and just CWed them and tell people he is just levelling the playing field by draining them .

It's now looking more likely that Floyd had ulterior motives for that post and Alexander won't be landing the fight. Thank god. I hope it's Guerrero, I think he's a helluva boxer and capable of changing his game up and bringing a fight to Floyd. And the guy can take a punch. If it's Guerrero and Canelo is on the under card you can move me back into the 'purchasing' column.

I'd rather see Guerrero get the fight because he probably go out more dramatically, while Alexander might lose dispassionately. With that said, Guerrero is not in a higher class than Alexander and not more accomplished.

I'm against it. But you may see me defending it for other reasons.
Not the fight it self, but the ****** reasons people are giving to why it sucks.

My reason is this, Devon needs to beat Brook first because there's still bad tastes in people's mouths about his decisions over Kotelnyk and Matthysse. So he's still in his redeeming phase right now. That's why I don't want o see this fight, he still has to prove himself at WW. Bailey and Maidana are good starts, but not good enough to jump straight to a Floyd fight.


I see people saying this fight is bad because Floyd is bigger, Floyd should KO him or else he sucks, this fight sucks because Guerrero is a better fighter than Devon. No, no, and no. All false. Guerrero is a better fight than Devon, not a better fighter, they are equal. Guerrero is a better fight, because he's also coming off two good wins and does not have the shady decisions like Devon.

He should take some legacy fights at this late stage in his career,
JMM 2, Pac, Canelo, Martinez.

Yes if he was undefeated it would be a great fight as he would have beaten Bradley, as well as not getting a robbery against Kotelnik and Lucas
