They both are going to considered ATGs. The PAC fans can not honestly say PAC is and Mayweather is not, and vice versa. They both have pretty much the same body of opponents with maybe a little lean toward Pac. (and the guy whos trying to say Pac is higher rated than Ali, SRR etc...dude calm down.)
Both Pac and May's resume can be picked apart for stacking the deck in their favor, because they are in the position to do it.
