I think he wants to fight for a title @ Welter, even ifs its Devon or Bradley it would make alot of money in Mexico.. Possibly he doesnt need a ton of money, hes fighting for his legacy.. And Manny is no longer needed.. People need to remember the 1st fight Juan was the champ, and Manny didnt go near him for 4 years after escaping with that draw.

No worries, one of the sanctioning bodies will put up a vacant belt for 5 for sure. You might even get a vacant title unification lol, that's how bad they'll want to be in that business. It's no big deal, JMM's JWW belt came vacant interim vs Fedchenko.

Everybody knows JMM is Pac's kryptonite, I doubt Arum ever denied this. He's probably used in in promoting one of the rematches.

Manny Pacquiao said, "I don't think so, this business is over" when asked if he would give Marquez a rematch after fight 2. Nevertheless, fight 3 was eventually made. Some people think it was out of the kindness of Pacquiao's heart; others disagree. We could (as Pacquiao says) talk to his promoter, Bob Arum, to find out why. Arum would probably say, "it's just business" (if he's telling the truth that day).

It remains to be seen if we'll see fight number 5; this could very well be a negotiation tactic by JMM and "just business" indeed. But for now, at least, JMM appears to be saying, "Here, Manny. Take this thorn I've had in my side all these years. I don't need it anymore."

Turnabout is fair play.

PS Mr. Roach and Mr. Arum, for some people, money isn't the only thing. That seems to be Marquez's state of mind at this stage of his career. In any case, it's nice to see Marquez in the driver's seat.

It would be so funny if Marquez don't take the fight. Roach is funny. He said Mayweather fight would be another mismatch. The young boys would not be worth it but he can beat up on Manny again for a lot of money. Roach was the one who said the 4th was the last fight.

Sounds to me this all negotiation to make sure he gets the best money he's right he dosen't owe pacquiao a rematch he won and left no doubt but I don't believe he will make this kind of big money even with a rematch with mayweather somehow I believe a fifth fight will happen everyone knows Bob will work it out somehow.

JMM knows that he and Pac will not get 20mil+ each Arum can't afford that, this 5th fight will not happen because of that fact alone.
