Why is Floyd held to a higher standard?

I like the way people always say that Floyd should have fought guys like Mosley, De La hoya, ortiz, cotto, etc.. in their prime. Do you guys forget that mayweather is just as old or even older than some of these guys? We all know that mayweather is hated but let's leave out the dumb points trying to be made.

Cheato hasnt won a big fight in his life. Hes never beaten anybody on Bertos level in his life. I dont count the first Cotto fight for obvious reasons.

If Floyd had wanted the challenge, he'd have taken Margarito and then DLH. Baldomir was a ridiculous fight but definetely the easiest.

Good point. Although, only the most hardcore fans/Brooklyn fans knew who the Hell Baldomir was after beating Zab. The whole Mexican community/die hard boxing fans knew who Margarito was.
