I don't see any hair at all, just a high polish. What I DO see is that he continues to look more and more like a Mob boss, pointed head and all.....He could go into movies playing that part.

Grey hair sure, but facial hair? No way. 40 maybe. You can expect a few grey hairs, but the entire thing he has looks grey.
