Pacquiao's side declined the contract offer because Pacquiao objected to Mayweather's request for the drug testing and has yet to ever test. Since 2009, Pac's career was **** by fighting irrelevant losers like Clottey, margarito, and Mosley and then looking worse vs guys that are not even WW's but cherry picks gone wrong.

Years later, Pac wants that 2009/50-50 contact that he walked away from. lol Who's he kidding? He should have taken that 40 mil. might have saved him from getting KTFO by a 39 year old LW.

pac actually wanted to fight marquez immediately after the first fight, but marquez priced himself out and decided to fight chris john in indonesia for much less than what he would have got against pacquiao....

how did he price himself out?he just arguablly won every round against pacquiao yet he doesn't get nearly as much as pacquiao gets?why didn't pacquiao fight floyd for the 40 mill?was pacquiao pricing himself out?always an excuse remember arum and team pac try to say that marquez priced himself out around the time pacquiao fought mosley yet a couple months later what was once pricing himself out all of a sudden was not
