I would argue that he hasn't been in any " wars" but that would not be true. He fought Morales and Marquez multiple times each. I do believe he was on PEDS based on his pure strength and lack of that now. Then again I believe Margarito has been cheating since the Martinez, Cintron and Williams fights...what do I know....?
Bradley was getting f'd up and then got on his bike for the second half of the fight. Marquez was getting f'd up too. Margarito got his career ruined, Cotto got f'd up, Mosley got dropped and got on his bike, Clottey refused to come out of his shell.

Pacquiao has declined in the same way Mayweather has, their legs and movement aren't what they were but that's what happens when fighters (and those in other sports) move through their 30s.

You bring up his lighter weight fights as wars, but forget to add the Margarito/Cotto fights. The shots that Margarito landed on Pacquiao were brutal. Same goes for the Cotto fight.

Can you state a source confirming Pac is/was on drugs? Thanks in advance.

Since 2006 Pacquaio has had 16 fights, Mayweather has had 8 fights.

So Manny has been declining Naturally through wear and tear of fighting all these fights and being so active?

My question to you is whats Mayweather's reason? Ever since HE brought up random drug testing he hasnt been looking the same.
everyone who negged rep me for this post but dont argue against, get in here and dispute it!

respectfully, this is nonsensical. guys who are getting F'd up don't leave the ring with clean, smooth, handsome faces. Bradley mixed his approaches up throughout the night - if you believe he didn't come at Pacquiao at points in the second half of their fight, you should rewatch it.

What's the reason for Floyd's decline then ? Getting off drugs ?

Pretty much agree with this for now. In the future there will be plenty of stories about what his life has been like during these past years and things will fall into place ...but, for now, it's obvious his legs aren't there and that was arguably his #1 asset for many years.

                    It's a combination of things.

Yes, he has been in wars .... but also this ... Before, when he was climbing up the ranks prior to Oscar, he would concentrate on boxing. Now, he has several distractions and his focus has not been solely on boxing. It was bound to happen sooner or later.
