No, he has never agreed to test and in fact just turned down JMM this past Dec 2012.

Remember folks, back in 2009 Pac refused and gave every cowardly excuse as to why he didn't want to test and here it is 2013 and he has still never submitted to these extra tests.

Like I said, this will all be looked back on when extra testing is the norm, and remembered as being very questionable. It's only going to get worse the longer he refuses.

Then again, I hope Pac finally demands the extra testing and who ever his opposition is, refuses and takes him to court and calls him a ducking coward, because that makes sense right?

Testing or not, Bob Arum has an agenda and Pac is too much of a coward to stand up to him. That's the real problem at the end of the day.

JMM asked for testing, manny said no. WHen he turned floyd down, you justified it by pointing to the kind of person floyd is. well JMM is the exact opposite and manny still turned it down.
