No they werent, how can you make lineal 1 v 3. It only happens on certain circumstances . Last person to hold the lineal title was Pacquiao

The Ring as well as the WBA has acknowledged petersons win. WBA stripped him for failing the test in the lead up to the 2nd fight. Ring dropped him for the same thing

Also Garcia doesnt hold all but 1 belt. There are 4 major belts, Garcia has 2. JMM has the WBO and Peterson the IBF.
