Is it true that Anthony Mundine made $600 000 in pro debut??

I was watching this doc about Mundine and he said he made his entire Rugby salary in his first pro fight. Does anyone know if this is true?

Haven't all his fights been on PPV? If so then that would suggest the figure could well be true.
