That's a cheat's mentality and even if it was true he's still a dirtbag for cheating (if he cheated).

Man up, disassociate from the cheats, don't defend criminal behaviour.

In the early days of the steroids era, I might've thought as you do. But I've become quite cynical about all this, as you can tell. I'm not defending Gamboa. What he did is wrong. It's wrong for any athlete to cheat. But don't tell me Yuri and everyone else that's been bagged are the only ones. For every person that's caught, there are many others that haven't been. So we ostracize the guys that get caught, while the others are viewed as upstanding competitors? I don't think so.

Dude, seriously, no offense, but your reading comprehension and interpretive skills are shaky. I'm sure that's not aided by the obvious fact that you're prejudiced by my screenname.

I'm not justifying a damn thing. Gamboa has cheated. If his opponent juices, then they're both cheating. My point has always been that, in this day and age, PEDs use is so widespread that I can't blame just the guys that get caught. It implies that only the ones that get snagged are the ones using. Nothing can be further from the truth. Must I explain everything to you in fifth-grader terms for you to understand my meaning?
