There's two problems. Sparring for Dalla's style is likely different for sparring for a Judah's style. He might not have enough time. Second, he'll have to lose 20 pounds all over again. Can't be healthy doing that twice within a short time span.

No way they're paying Judah anywhere the same amount if he fights a random 2 week replacement. He already said he wants to fight on the date regardless. If he fights Matthysse, Judah will get to keep his payday. If he fights a bum, he'll get crap.
