  • Does boxing cause brain damage?

    Hi guys;

    I've heard that boxing causes brain damage because the brain is being smashed against the side of the skull, is this true?

        Nope, boxing does not cause brain damage, neither does boxing damage your hands and....it's also impossible to get cut.

          Nope, getting hit in the ****ing head over and over again has been proven too make your skull stronger and potentially make you smarter.

                Not, if you have a thick skull.

                    It cant be that good for the brain, but a lot of boxers with long careers behind them, speak remarkably well that you couldnt tell they get punched in the head for a living.

                    Wladimir has been ko'ed enough and he still talks pretty good as does Paul mallignagii, no stuttering anything. Haye has got the gift of the gab as well as do many boxers.
                    But when someone does sound punch drunk occassionally and it is rarer now, it is obvious and stands out a mile.
