If Wladimir takes this fight as a voluntary, my respect for him goes through the roof.
Ahmet Oner said Solis will likely be fighting Wlad

agreed. It was a pleasure seeing Solis fighting at around 200 punds. Light and skillful.Had Solis stayed in shape once he turned pro, and only put on 10-20 lbs after the olympics (he was like 200 lbs during the olympics), he could have been the best HW in the world. Too bad he came to the US and discovered El Pollo Loco and Churches Chicken....the guy is an embarrassment. NO WAY NO HOW does he deserve a Klitschko fight.
a 225-ish Solis would have been a real Klitschko threat, a couple years back.
Now he's getting older, time's runningComment

He's too out of shape to be a real threat.
I'm looking forward to Scott-Glazkov. Scott is defensive minded, but has a solid jab, speed and all around skill. Looking forward to that fight.Comment

Out of shape Solis has 30% chance at best as he showed, it's even bad for hes health blowing out hes knee on hes first big chance against Vitali.Comment

First of all, shame on the posters who said they wouldn't mind this fight. It would be a travesty if this fat **** got a title shot. You don't ****ing reward ****ty out-of-shape fighters who haven't earned their title shot. Solis has only fought once since his blowout loss to Vitali two years ago against a b level journeyman. Oh, and btw, Solis looked like dog crap in that win. So you think this fight OK? Get the **** outa here.
Second point - not sure why the TS is posting this info as it true. Of course Oner's gonna say his fighter has got the fight. According to all the info I've read this fight is not gonna happen - I sure hope it ****in doesn'tComment
