Whoah! That's scary. Surely that can't be right. I don't think I've ever heard of someone going up 23 pounds. Around 15, close to 20 at max, but 23 pounds? That is crazy. There is no point having weight divisions when guys can rehydrate so much.
All major fights should have clauses about rehydrating no more than 10 pounds, no matter what. Otherwise it's ridiculous. Weight divisions become obsolete when a Junior welterweight comes in as a super middleweight.
