Anyone got any advice on becoming a boxing journalist?

I also aspire to do this but have done little to move toward that dream......I was told by a friend who is close to the action that going to local fight cards with no names and writing about the fights and maybe sending them to local papers or papers in the hometowns of the fighters who are fighting could be a start I mean someone may like what your writing and ask you to do more ya never know.......Good Luck to you.

I would email Rick, he is always looking for people in the UK, and I know he needs a pointman in Florida to cover the local shows.

I try to go to all the fights here, I have South Florida connections like you wouldnt belive, and here in central Florida I know them all.
