A contract is like this folks. If Floyd signs a contract that guarantees he's fighting ginger in september, then Floyd is fighting ginger in september. By legal & binding contract, period.

That's what you guys aren't getting. If Floyd signs a guarantee to fight ginger in september, then he has to (by law), fight ginger in september. Meaning if Trout beats ginger, (then by law), Floyd is still fighting ginger in september, true story.

It was just the fight they both wanted and Arum and Don King made the deal anyway. The only difference is Floyd got a bigger guarantee because of Zab's loss.
