Former four division world champion Jorge Arce (61-7-2, 46KOs) is still considering the possibility of fighting one last time. BoxingScene.com reported several days ago that Arce was considering the possibility of a farewell fight in Tijuana. Arce announced his retirement on December 15th, following a third round KO loss to super bantamweight champion Nonito Donaire.

Arce isn't very good

Arce looked disgusting and frail and weak against Donaire. Is Arce any good at all??

Out with the old, and in with the new. Arce was a great fighter in his day, but his best days are behind him. I wouldn't begrudge him (or Morales) a winnable farewell fight at home, but I don't care to see him against any more top dogs.

I think a boxer like Arce should be qualified to do an hasta-la-vista-baby kind of fight to make his fight fight one to remember. Let's get it on, but not against a top notch peleador.
