Just laughing at Tunney's poll choice right now. It's pretty obvious what he really meant to select.

It's good to see in the poll result character is important to other people besides myself. I won't support a woman-beater like Jürgen Brähmer or Floyd Mayweather.
how do you measure intelligence and good charachter?

An example of ring intelligence is to gradually break down your opponent rather than going all-out for the KO and gassing. See Angulo vs. Kirkland - Angulo wasn't patient. It's also important to know when your opponent is ready to go down, that's the time to "turn it up".

There are many examples of good character:

Good character includes being respectful to your countries laws, and not being abusive toward yourself (with drugs, or with alcohol like Kelly Pavlik), or being abusive toward others (such as beating women like Floyd and Chisora).

Creating and donating to charities like Wladimir Klitschko does and volunteering to help disabled people like Vernon Forrest did is also commendable.

Another example of strong character is Sergio Martinez (in contrast to Carlos Monzon) standing up for battered and abused women in Argentina.

why did you change it to ring intelligence? you said intelligence. which is bull***** because you have no idea if the fighters you listed are intelligent. if you really meant ring intelligence, you'd have just posted it.

Lance Armstrong did those things but they were a cover for him cheating. SO perhaps you should know an individual's whole history before you make statements about their charachter.

Why are you angry at Lance Armstrong, but you're okay with James Toney, Shannon Briggs, Roy Jones, Andre Berto, and Evan Fields?

I'm not okay with Mariusz Wach and Frans Botha using PEDs.

i'm not angry at Lance. I was using him as a an example of people who create and donate to charities as a front when they are cheating. I also suggested you know more about someone before saying they have good charachter.
