Does anyone here know of a good boxing gym in san Juan, Puerto Rico?
Or one in Honolulu, Hawaii?

Your from Hawaii? If so hit up Waipahu, Kalakaua or Pearlside boxing gyms. Former world champions and Brain Viloria trained at the first two.

Yeah its called "Hincarse de Rodillas" boxing club in San Juan PR

Cotto and Calderon opened it last year. Heard its a great gym
