I think Berto benefited from a division in chaos. He has the physical attributes to beat most guys, but he lacks tremendously in the skills department. He also seems to have endurance/stamina issues, so even with all his power/speed, he's still beatable if his opponent comes in with a good game-plan. With how fucked up the WW top 10 is right now, he could probably get back in title contention with intelligent match-making.
