He was a boring grunt machine against Witter too, and because of the knockout people don't remember that Urango was not getting blown out of the water at all in that fight. He was the exact same guy as when he started losing.

I disagree, especially in the Urango fight. In those fights Devon stayed in the pocket a lot more and didn't get involved in clinches nearly as much.

He was also sitting on his punches a lot more in those fights. Now he is so jittery that when he throws his feet are not always fully set. If he can calm down in there he will show a lot more power and will conserve a lot more energy.
