Why don't more retired boxers become strength and condition coaches?

Dont you guys think that after the retire, if they educate themselves a bit more in terms of nutrition and diet etc they would be perfect for the role?

I think about Bradley for example, and how would be a great strength and condition coach and a great guy to have in your corner during fights.

    bradley obviously does something wrong,
keeps him shredded but hugely lacking in quick twitch muscles
