Floyd definitely not an ATG. He has an ATG skills but not ATG resume. He ducked too many fighters in their prime and fought just 4 times in the last 6 years while others like Pac fought 12 times putting his ass on the line many times . Well those 4 wins are not even worth to mention. He weight cheated Marquez and sucker punched Ortiz to ensure his victory. Fought past prime fighters like Mosley and Cotto when he should fought them in their prime but instead faked his retirement to duck both.
