I'm interested in seeing who the "sensational opponent" is, too.

People keep mentioning Provodnikov but he is a junior welterweight. The belt Tim Bradley won from Pac is at 147, not at 140.

His next opponent will be... GAMBOA AT 140! I dunno why I want this fight so bad and I don't even like watching Bradley.
It had to be somebody good or I'm going to have a laugh..I don't know how I feel about a Bradley vs Gamboa..

I'd laugh my ass off if it was Mayweather-Bradley for May 4th. I wouldn't mind it, I'd actually like it more than Guerrero probably, but still it'd be funny and something NO ONE would see coming.

A whole bunch of nothing. He now feels he is too good for guys like Khan, Peterson and is turning down $2,000,000 pay days. I honestly don't see anything better then what he's already turned down in the past so I'd say Tim is in for a slow 2013. Kinda feel bad for the guy but he acts like a big shot ever since he got that BS win over Pac so **** him.

Actually that's the first name that came to my mind.
Idk why... Maybe I just want Gamboa to have his one big fight cause let's face it, soon he will be going out the door.

Why is that? I don't usually get excited about a lot of fights but for this one I do. There would be a lot of action in it with 2 guys who are just about equal in size.

It's not an insulting matchup. He was going to fight Rios and Rios is bigger and carries more power than Bradley.

Top Rank has nobody I would call "sensational" from 140-147 other than Pacquiao. That's kind of where me thinking Gamboa was the choice.

Provodnikov got put on hold @140 due to Rios/Alvarado 2, so I wouldn't mind if Bradley went down and fought him, or if he got a title shot at 147 instead.

Seeing as how Gamboa weighed 148 against Farenas, this fight is plausible at 140. Bradley would have a slight size advantage, but the style match-up would be interesting. Beating Bradley would be worth more than beating Rios imho.

Before the Gamboa fight they were talking about having him and Bradley on the same card in Florida then I started drooling and feeling all fuzzy.

I'll tell you this. 140 would be a crazy division if Bradley, Gamboa and Broner all enter the picture.
