First of all, I don't believe it. Secondly, wasn't it also "confirmed" that Roy would fight Kimbo Slice? Well, that fight didn't happen.
Thirdly, no commission will let Collins fight again. Ever. For those who don't know, Collins went unconscious at the end of his career during sparring and the doctor told him he can die from every punch that he receives from now on.
