Victor Bisbal, a heavyweight contender with a record of 21-1 and 15 knockouts, will have his first scheduled in March 2013 and the battle could come to life outside of Puerto Rico, according to reports. Bisbal won both of his two fights of 2012 by knockout and he is expected sometime in 2013, according to his promoter PR Best Boxing, to get a shot at a regional title. Bisbal was considered one of the top prospects of the island but his development has been affected by periods of downtime.
