It Marquez is just that elite fighter.
Exactly!!!!!!!!!! The Fanboys like to believe otherwise with their excuses.

This ultimately got him out of there. For a 5th fight, Pacquiao has that psychological disadvantage. He will forever remember that Marquez can knock him out and will eventully think even more in the ring, which isn't good for him. I expect a 5th fight to be like the 3rd.
YES!!!!! Only the fanboys think this is some kind of video game were you can just bounce back like nothing and try again.

And he was winning and dominating the fight. So please with the whinny soft bullshlt that he needs to come back soft and careful. What a joke. Ricky Hatton went off the deep end...Manny took a trip to Jerusalem...He took this KO with a grain of salt. Thats what real champs do!
i hear you I do he was ahead on the scorecards up until that point but how much longer was expected to keep that pace up all that head and body movement is exhausting remember at the end of rd.5 he was exhausted as he should be he was on tear there for a minute I just don't think he will be the same fighter man that was devestating although I hope he will... We'll see.

He did suffer concussion symptoms. There is also evidence that once you get KO'd you are more susceptible to get KO'd again.
Pac-boy is just trying to down play his hero's KTFO loss. Pac-boy forgets Manny had to be revived. This wasn't a light knock out.

Now its Manny that will come in with a changed Plan!
Manny hasn't changed anything in 4 fights. What makes you think he's gonna change anything for a 5th fight??

I agree about options, unless they GBP makes a deal for Paulie like they did with JMM. I don't think we'll see the 08-10 manny but thats because there are no more come forward, no defense fighters in TR's stable at 147 right now.
I hope Cotto/Pacquiao 2 doesn't happen. I didn't want it to happen before, and nothing has changed. The weight would still be the key issue. Match up Pac/Marquez/Bradley/Rios on one show and then the winners fight each other in late 2013.

You must have missed whats in bold. Manny will come back much more focused and motivated.

He knows Manny! Manny now knows what JMM was up too. Better believe the next fight Manny will hold nothing back. He will be more cautious and thats where Mannys game will improve.

evidence huh? So youre saying you can have the symptoms of concussions but no concussion? Despite that...It is determined....he had NO Concussion! Hence the reason i said....He suffered no Concussion. Whats to understand?
And every man is different. Some are more susceptible to getting Kod...some are NOT...You may have some evidence that can prove some cases..as i do as well that can prove that theory is wrong. Plenty of fighters have been flatten out and came back to win. You should know this game is more mental than physical.
If you let a KO loss mess your mind up..chances are you will more likely be timid and get KOd again. If you dont let it get you mentally you can use it as a positive. And you work in the corner of fighters...come on man, do better than that!

I recall in their last fight, Marquez was quite obviously sticking his front foot far forward and stood on Pacquiao's toes about 30 times, In the last round it was so blatant that Pacquiao, trying to get away from him, moved his foot back a couple of paces, and Marquez kept his foot pressed down, and walked along with him. Can be clearly seen.
