    Promoter Aljoe Jaro is fed up with being given the runaround by the World Boxing Council over its commitment to Silver minimumweight champion, Denver Cuello - that he would face the winner of the battle for the vacant title last November 24, which was won by China’s Xiong Zhao Zhong. Jaro is determined to file a case against the WBC.
