So Fragomeni "earned" a title shot by winning a split decision over a 46-year-old Branco, who hasn't won a meaningful fight since 2006? Before that, Wlodarczyk was going to fight Mormeck. I am guessing he brings Carlos DeLeon or Johnny Nelson out of retirement next. Christ the WBC sucks
