A healthy Sergio will do an even bigger number on Jr. I wouldn't be surprised if it gets stopped late rounds. Jr never gave up, that much you can admit, but Sergio was flat out plastering the kid all night, from all angles.

Wouldn't be surprised. Sergio was just picking the kid apart, and Chavez.did a whole lot of nothing till the 12th. Only delusional fans would say Chavez was having a good fight at any point, even up to his assault in the 12th; he still could not take out a Martinez with a ban knee and hand.

If a second fight occurred, it would be much shorter because of Martinez knowing his boundaries and where to bring the fight.

you know he had too, he closer to 40 and his style relies heavy on his athleticism not really his kills. Just a tad bit slower and Chavez kills him

Not sur about ko cos chavez has a Granite chin, but maybe stoppage. He busted chavezs face pretty bad last time. Never know pwill also had granite chin, also pacman. Anyone can be koed with the right punch.

Yes indeed, chavez covered up heaps in the first fight. If he opens up ala macklin he will see that same fate...?
