i agree with this, Bute has no defensive instincts, Ward is the smartest guy around. Even before Froch I thought he could be the 1st SMW Ward would stop.

He's far from trash, he did great vs Bika. But he went in the wrong direction after Andrade 2, he's a lot more flat footed and his volume has gone way down, really a bad idea with his chin and defensive liabilities.

.....Bute needs to rebuild having been badly mugged in Sherwood Forest by Nottingham's new incarnation of Robin Hood.

The rematch clause was only going to be invoked if Lucien lost a close, tactical fight on points. Bute - having got an arrow straight through his forehead - is not going to want to see Froch again for at least 12 months.

Meanwhile, Froch will either keep the kettle-boiling for a big-money Bute rematch by beating up Lucien's much-hated Canadian compatriot Adonis Stevenson or switching straight to the end-game by taking on Kessler in a dramatic showdown.

Damn those UK guys were clinging hard on Butes nuts, wonder what that was about. "Froch has done okay this first round" WTF are they talking about, Froch only landed all of the big meaningful punches and was winning that round easy.

Bute actually done alright when they boxed in round 3.

Then Froch just marched straight forward after he ate a big left from Bute and beat him down with ease. Strange how Bute couldn't hold a shot from Froch at all.
