roach is good for no one, im not insulting him either. a few years ago he was a good offensive minded trainer but now he can't even speak/yell to his fighters, he has to have people yell instructions for him. his health and age makes him a bad trainer as of right now.

To add to that, roach is a horrible trainer. He cannot teach defence and that is a must for any boxer. Jr needs a real trainer to make him a complete fighter. Those t.o.y. awards are a complete joke for roach to win over manny stewart or nacho. His fighters are out of control. When the inmates run the jail there is no respect for the game. Imo roach is a joke.
