Jackson hit harder at 154, no argument there.

The only thing is, Jackson didn't carry his power past 154lbs. at all. Very bizarre, but he hit like a superhero at 154, but like any average fighter at middleweight.

Hearns carried his power all the way to cruiserweight and even heavyweight in some cases.
