Have to mentally strong or you will fail. whats that saying if it was easy everyone will do it.

Mental midgets, Judah, Ortiz, Dirrell all the talent they have and they will never reach or stay top level cause they arent mentally strong.

So, what can be done for mental strength?

Is it something you either have or you don't like natural talent or is it something that can be worked on?

Athletes can go to a sports psychologist. You can always improve but at the end of the day I see it as a talent. I don't think a mental midget (Zab Judah) can become a mental giant. Just like you can always work on your speed and be faster but if you're not naturally fast you'll never be a sprinter. Paulie M can always work on his power and be a better puncher but he won't ever be huge puncher.
