For those who remember, the Anti Fighter of the Year is an award for the fighter who pissed away his year. Last year's winner was Kelly Pavlik.

The criteria for the “Anti-Fighter of the Year” are as follows:

- Not capitalizing off a positive 2012.

- Not backing up a claim at rebounding in 2012, therefore wasting his chance(s).

- Turning down a large sum of money, subsequently doing nothing instead.

- Failing to remain active.

yeah the thing about kirklands **** up is that it not only costed him in 2012, but could only assume it will effect him in the early part of 2013 too. i mean haven't even heard of him being with a promoter yet after sueing golden boy.

i mean gamboa ****ed up too but at least hes cool with top rank/SMS now and actually had a fight recently.

My vote goes to Peterson because he was the biggest dumbfuck out of them all. He's either ****** as hell for not knowing those testosterone pellets were illegal and demanding VADA or he's ****** as hell for knowing it was illegal and demanding VADA. Eitherway, the guy is ******ed. It's all on him.

Caballero is the only guy who wasn't hurt or coming from an injury and passed up multiple paydays.

Last year's list was much more "diverse" but it doesn't stop that all these guys in the poll wasted away 2012 whether they are black or not.
