Bobby's trying to take the same approach as Golden Boy... Put two top stars on the same card (Oscar is doing with Mayweather and Canelo) and line them up for a September date.

Not sure that this is gonna work for Bobby, being that the May card will follow so soon after.

In order to compete with the May 4 card, Bob's gonna have to put together some decent opponents for Pac and JMM. But then he risks losing the September PPV if either of them lose.

Now if he can pull off Marquez vs Bradley and Pacquiao vs Rios then that would definitely sell. And if both JMM and Pac manage to win, what a helluva September matchup it would create. This is the only way he can go head to head with Floyd and Golden Boy.

That's 2 main events that can stand on their own though.

I'm thinking this event will be similar to that split site PPV he did last year with Marquez/Fedchenko and Rios/Abril when he wanted to make Marquez vs. Rios in the summer.

I disagree with this. ESPECIALLY after the KO, everyone is going to tune in to see how Pacquaio performs in his next bout. Wouldn't be surprised if it was one of his most watched fights.

vs a tuneup caliber opponent, it does belong on HBO. Both Oscar and Mike Tyson, after losses, came back on HBO vs tuneup type fighters. If Pac wants to headline/co-headline a PPV it better be against Rios. If he gets KTFO again, his time is done and Bob may have a new star in Brandon Rios.

PPV is only for ranked p4p fighters. Not for fighters trying to find their footing again.

                  I Like this Arum's Circus

But Pacquiao should definitely have a better rival than Juan Manuel Marquez opp. Arum can make Pacquiao vs Rios ( Arum Wins With Pacquiao Win or Loss) its a Hard Risk for Pacquiao after his Waterloo

For Marquez i like a Crappy Contender of WBO at 140 like Cesar Cuenca or Ruslan Provodnikov for defends his WBO 140 Title or maybe Gesta or Titere Vazquez ..
