I guess I'll be the guy to go against the grain. I believe Paulie is a better welterweight than he was a jr welterweight. The kid still has world class boxing ability & still has real good wheels. I think Paulie can be seriously competitive against this version of Pacman. If Paulie fights for 3 minutes, Pacman is in danger of being outworked.
