Who is your favorite boxer active today and why?

Just for fun, i want to see who likes who these days. Personally, for me as you can tell is VK, always will be. Simply because his upright style with the ability to control the centre of the ring with ease. Plus his monstrous right hand, funnily enough people call him boring yet he has the 2nd greatest heavyweight knockout ratio.

    other fighters i like:

    Miguel Vasquez
    WK
    Canelo
    Pulev
    Pacman
    Matthysse

Adrien Broner. Love the way he fights and the reactions he gets around here.

      Wladimir Klitschko, for many reasons.

      1. because he's the best heavyweight.

      2. because he's an intelligent fighter who systematically breaks down his opponents

      3. because he scores some great KOs

      4. because he always fights the best possible opponents who are willing.

      5. because of his amazing come back, becoming heavyweight champion after a low point in 2004, when everybody said he was finished and should retire.

      6. and because he's a class act outside the ring: a nice guy and a man of strong character.

I like a lot of fighters from many nations but Carl Froch is my favourite active boxer atm, he fights for respect and legacy, home and away, wherever and whoever.

There's rarely a dull moment when he's in the ring.

Ricky Burns. A 2-weight world champion and he still works in a sports shop! No arrogance, no bull****, he just works hard and gets on with it. A down to earth lad, and a great role model for kids in this country. He gets written off very easily but he continually proves people wrong.

I like Froch and Marquez. They'll fight anyone, anywhere

Martinez because he is like a live action hero in the ring. He show just enough vulnerability to make you think he has a chance to lose but he goes up to a level that the opponent can't reach and closes the show. He is confident and talks some trash but he backs it up in the ring.

Andre Ward. Great defensive fighter who neuralizes opponents' offense with ease. The most adaptable fighter today. Brilliant inside/outside game.
