    Undefeated Argentine junior welterweight contender Cesar Rene Cuenca could be facing the former world champion of the WBA, at super featherweight, Panama's Vicente "Loco" Mosquera. The match could take place in April or May. Mosquera said his agent stated the fight would be a WBO eliminator for a shot at the title, which is curently vacant.
