Roach and Manny went beyond what they were required to do but they didn't want to agree with Floyd's cutoff dates. So that is why they were frustrated and said what they said. They never went back on their word like Floyd did and say "commission rules or no fight". Am I making a true statement or do you know something that I don't? If you agree then you need to move on from that statement because Manny always went further than what was required and later agreed FULLY!!!
Roach said that it would be hypocritical to have testing as per Floyd's rules when they just refused. And they never had Mosley tested and more importantly, they fought Mosley without testing while Floyd didn't. Am I correct in this statement?
For Marquez 3rd and 4th fight, Roach's comments came way after the contracts were signed and they were well into their training. No point to get testing done as it would mean NOTHING!!! Roach new it, everyone knew it! Still, Manny still went ahead and fought Marquez while Floyd didn't do the same to get the fight on with Manny. Am I correct in this statement?
