I dont think so, thats part of boxing, your allowed a certain amount of low blows..now if he was doing a Golata..then thats something else..

If he was doing it like Golota Zab Judah would no longer have any male genitalia. Cotto was by far one of the hardest body punchers in the sport when this occurred.
