Adonis Stevenson got his wish. The Canadian super middleweight will reportedly get a crack at IBF champion Carl Froch this spring, according to several sources in Canada. Eddie Hearn, the promoter for Froch (30-2, 22 KOs), confirmed to journalist Nancy Audet of TVA Sports that a fight with Stevenson could take place in April or May, probably in England.

So Froch is booked for the next year and a half with Stevenson, Kessler and Bute (rematch clause)?

Time for Ward to move up to 175. There's nothing there for him at 168. Unless he just goes ahead and fights Bute.

Good fight, not Froch vs Kessler 2 though, which is what I was looking forward to.

Froch will wreck Stevenson unless Stevenson can hurt Froch.

Now Steven certainly has power and Froch is not that hard to hit, but Froch is pretty tough and who knows if Stevenson will be able to apply all that power through the fire that Froch brings.

Should be interesting enough while it lasts, one way or the other.

Unless he has phenomenal power (like double Kessler or Bute) then what hope does Stevenson have? Is he slick like Dirrell or ridiculously talented like Ward? If not then pretty much zero chance.
