if your referring to floyd and manny, it is a bit different, albeit manny should have never disagreed to testing, he did eventually agree though. but in the case of floyd/manny, floyd and his team accused manny and smeared his name as much as possible first. had he went about it the way nonito did, it would have been obvious that manny was using or scared, instead he gave manny a reason to not accept his terms.
that being said, its good for the sport, and hopefully this fight can be made.

Should I have said "first disagreed to the test then 3 yrs later agreed"?....Personally I dont feel that would have made a difference....damage was done all the way around which was ugly.

Pac had the power from the beginning to simply do what Mares did.
