He owed (and still owes) around almost half a million in back taxes, and fooled Dana White into giving him a payday because he's become a pariah in boxing circles. He can't get a fight in boxing.

Funniest of all, they were even touting Toney as a current heavyweight champion because he had some illegitimate belt, or said he had it.
