What bias? Its not my fault he went to sleep. You asked I answered... If your conversation is so "intelligent", why did you ask such a dumb @$$ question? Of course getting embarrassingly KTFO affects your legacy. Just ask Hatton, Jones, Taylor, etc how their careers worked out. One thing is to get KO'd early in your career in which you can adjust (as Pac did), change something or simply move on from "getting caught". But towards the back end of your prime by an older fighter who you are more talented than but has your number.Comment

IMO, yes. Floyd's probably the better of the two, talent-wise, all things taken into consideration. Pacquiao's resume looks better than Floyd's, though, and that's what it should come to at the end of the day.Comment

Not according to PPV numbers or earnings. Hmmmm or the current p4p rankings. Or their record in TITLE fights. You are just a butt hurt undercover *******. You sound like Skip Bayless in that rant.. Pacquiao has to own that loss, he earned it, and his legacy already took a shot. Cry all you want or fantasize what you'd like... Intelligent guy you

The same can be said for Oscar 10 years ago. Your problem is that you assume this poster has some worship thing going with Pacquiao. You are wrong. That kind of thinking comes from you and your Floydian dreamstate.

Besides PacFan, why bother arguing with you? Pacquiao is probably still sleeping.Comment

Floyd obviously being the greater fighter is not just about him having a better record though. The man is not only undefeated, he's only been in really 1 close fight in his entire career. Not only does Pacquiao hacve losses, been knocked out at least twice, he's also had a couple controversial decisions given to him. Let's not mention that if they were to ever fight, Mayweather would be a clear favorite and he always would have been. There's no case to be made for Pacquiao being the greater fighter. Pacquiao doesn't have a better reputation to anyone who isn't biased and knows what they're talking about.Comment

You mean the DLH that hadn't fought at WW in 7 years and was eating ice chips prior to the fight. Yea man that Oscar was intimidating.. so was that Cotto who looked smaller than Pacquiao in the ring. Floyd fought them both when they were full more dangerous bigger fighters. Let's conveniently forget Floyd blanked Marquez(and yes I know Floyd tipped over the scale, tell me more about catchweights and who the king of THAT is).
Besides PacFan, why bother arguing with you? Pacquiao is probably still sleeping.
And you know what? Julio Cesar Chavez suffered from a couple of bad stoppages in his latter career. It doesn't matter. He the GOAT (certainly in the argument).
These are the numbers of real greatness. Floyd not going there, bro. Not even close. He out of time. So every little bit may seem important now. But, 10 years from now? Forgotten. Just like Oscar.
But, keep on spewing. What Pac gives us are exciting fights. He gives us his all. This is the difference between Pac and Floyd. This is why Pac is a higher regarded fighter. Since you wouldn't answer the question, I answered it for you.Last edited by Wiley Hyena; 01-03-2013, 10:06 PM.Comment

Explain how a fighter who has a resume with 5 losess including a few by KO is better than a fighter's resume who has zero losses and only 1 close fight? Logic seems to mean little to nothing here.Comment
