Well Sly isn't exactly a young gun. The guy's gotta' be going on 60. And nobody's in that great a shape at 60, except maybe Jack LaLanne.

By the way, the reason I believe he'll die is simple. THe series was originally written and planned by Sly to end with Rocky V. He was supposed to die in the hospital after the fight with Gunn... the producers and studio said they wouldn't release the movie and it needed a happy/sappy ending... I think studios have evolved slightly (even still in the ****ter) and might end the way V should have.

I think it's the only way it can end. Granted I'm not positive how many years in the future from Rocky V this is supposed to be, but obviously at least a couple of years if she's dead. This will be, no doubt, the final rocky movie. Can you truly end a VI movie saga with some sappy ending involving him hugging his son or some ****? Nah, that old bastard is dead.
